Hydraulic sliding watertight doors on ships offer two modes of control: manual hydraulic and electric hydraulic, providing flexibility for selection based on the ship and user requirements. These doors have obtained certifications from CCS, DNV, BV, ABS, GL, LR, RINA, NK, and other classification societies, ensuring compliance with SOLAS specifications.
For manual hydraulic control, the doors are operated using hand pumps arranged on both sides of the door and the upper deck. Electric hydraulic control is achieved through button boxes and control panels located on both sides of the door, with a “remote control closing” knob. Manual pump manipulation is also available on both sides of the door and the upper deck.
These doors have obtained certifications from CCS, DNV, BV, ABS, GL, LR, RINA, NK, and other classification societies, ensuring compliance with SOLAS specifications.

In emergency situations, the doors can be operated at least three times using the stored energy, even at a 15-degree adverse tilt.
The electric hydraulic pump can be installed on the door or on the upper deck. Each door is equipped with 1 or 2 hydraulic cylinders. The electric hydraulic pump system can be centrally controlled (double pump double motor independent for multi-door setups) or individually controlled (1 pump group for each door).
The net opening size of the watertight doors on ships can be designed according to the provided schedule, and other dimensions or special requirements can be customized to meet user specifications.
