Flow control valves
Marine flow control valve consists of main valve 4, flow control valve 3, needle 6, ball valve 1 and pressure gauge 5, etc. It is installed in the water pipeline. Set and adjust the pilot valve 2 on the range of the valve and one constant flow of flow control valve 3, thus can make the flow cross through main valve unchanged and constant, even the change occurs on the upstream of main flow could not affect the flow. Diaphragm type and piston type are all used, if the caliber of slow-close check valve is less than DN500mm, diaphragm will be used and if it is more than DN600mm, the piston type will be used, and the action principle of the two types are similar.
- The non-return valve can adjust the speed of opening and closing.
- During the open and closing of the water pump working, adjust the best speed of the starting system.

Electrical hydraulic control valve
Electrical hydraulic control valve is composed of the mainly valve 4, needle valve 2, solenoid piloted valve 1 and ball valve 3. This kind of valve is used to be installed in the water pipeline to function as an electric remote control to open and close. Meanwhile the speed control device can be added to instead of large electric devices such as open close device or butterfly valve. Hydraulic control valve is easy to maintain, convey, and it is safe and reliable. Water control valve
The multifunction water control valve is usually installed on the outlet pipe of the water pump. It has functions of pumping operation valve, non-return valve and water hammer arrestor. The water valve will open spontaneously when the water pump starts and realize soon close and slow close when it ends, thus the attack of water hammer is eliminated effectively, so it is especially suitable in automatic water supply control system. The novel design of this valve protects the slow-closing device and chain action of main valve from the affect caused by actual flow of water pump and head movement. This kind of design, with good sealing effect and convenient operation and maintenance, reduces the pressure of water hammer without any noises.
