Corrosion and Anti-fouling: Used to inject corrosion inhibitors or anti-fouling agents into cooling water and seawater pipelines to protect equipment and piping.
Water Treatment Systems: Accurately doses disinfectants, coagulants, or neutralizers during seawater desalination, ballast water treatment, and wastewater processing.
Oil and Gas Production: Ensures precise chemical dosing in drilling fluids, production additives, and chemical injection systems to maintain process stability.

mRoy Series A & B Metering Pumps

The mRoy series A & B metering pumps are hydraulic-driven diaphragm positive displacement pumps specifically designed for continuous chemical dosing applications. The pump features a plunger that moves in a reciprocating stroke to displace a precise volume of hydraulic fluid. This hydraulic action is transmitted to a chemically stable, elastic PTFE diaphragm, producing the pumping process. Field testing has verified that this model ensures repeatable steady-state accuracy within ±1%.

Designed in accordance with global industrial standards, the mRoy series A & B metering pumps enable precise dosing of a wide range of fluids. Like all other mRoy metering pumps, they are built for year-round operation with maintenance provisions while maintaining stable performance.
